Karen Thomas  – Board President

Karen is the Board President and has served on the board since 2015.

She has a 30-year career in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Industry for Johnson & Johnson and Rosetta Genomics. She held multiple positions in R&D, Regulatory, Business Development, WW Marketing and Customer Service. Karen continues to consult through her firm MedOutcomes, LLC.

Andriette Mathews  – Immediate Past President

Andriette is the Immediate Past Board President.  She is also a member of the HomeSharing Board of Trustees participating in their committees for over ten years.  Presently, Andriette is employed as the Executive Vice President/COO/CFO & Information Technology Officer at Ascendia Bank.

She is a member of the National and NY/NJ Chapters of the Financial Managers Society (FMS).  Formerly she was President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the FMS NY/NJ chapter, and held senior management positions at three other Banks and two mid-sized CPA firms.

Michael Shriner  – Board Treasurer

Michael Shriner serves as Board Treasurer, and has been on the HomeSharing Board more than 10 years.

Michael is Former President/CEO of Millington Bank with 33 years of experience in the banking industry.
