HomeSharing, Inc. Staff

We operate with licensed Social Workers, and a very dedicated group of volunteers and interns to provide services, fundraising assistance and support for our clients.

The Executive Director is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ and holds a
PhD degree in Clinical Social Work.

Lisa Blum, LCSW, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of HomeSharing since 2013. She has practiced social work for more than 35 years in a variety of clinical, research, teaching, policy and planning, program development, advocacy and management positions. Lisa also brings to HomeSharing her expertise in the fields of domestic violence, gerontology, disabilities, and housing.

Throughout her career, Lisa’s focus has been on the right of everyone to have a safe, affordable place to call home. In conjunction the HomeSharing Board of Trustees, Lisa provides leadership, vision and direction of the organization and develops organizational strategy. She manages programs and operations, budget, fundraising and marketing; supervises staff; and represents the organization in the community.
